A\u00f1adimos el trozo de paleta bien dorada y cubrimos de agua. Dejamos cocer 3h, a\u00f1adiendo agua seg\u00fan vaya reduciendo (no echamos vino, ya que solamente queremos un caldo para mojar el arroz, teniendo en cuenta que no queremos un sabor muy fuerte).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el arroz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Arroz: 300gr<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Caldo de arroz: c\/s<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nata: 80gr<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Morcilla: 100gr<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mantequilla:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; paleta de cerdo asada 400 grs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lim\u00f3n: 1und<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Queso payoyo rallado 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n: Echamos el arroz en una sart\u00e9n y vamos poco a poco mojando con el caldo de arroz. Cuando lleve 5\u2019 hirviendo, a\u00f1adimos la morcilla cortada en trozos y la paleta de cerdo asada a trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, estando el arroz casi en su punto, echamos la nata (poca cantidad para que coja una textura cremosa). Dejamos reducir un poco con la nata, hasta que el arroz est\u00e9 en su punto.
